Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
a. Lead the entire lifecycle of landscape projects, including design development, construction planning, and post-completion maintenance.
b. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; collaborate with teams to ensure timely execution.
c. Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to align project objectives.
2. Site Management
a. Supervise on-site activities, including earthworks, hardscaping, and planting.
b. Ensure construction complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations; resolve technical issues promptly.
c. Inspect materials and monitor workmanship to minimize rework and resource waste.
3. Plant Transplanting & Maintenance
a. Familiar with local climate and soil conditions; skilled in plant transplanting techniques, survival rate improvement, and maintenance requirements.
b. Develop maintenance plans and guide the team in watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control.
c. Select appropriate plant species based on project needs to achieve visual appeal and ecological balance.
4. Cost Control
a. Prepare landscape project budgets, participate in material procurement and cost accounting to optimize resource allocation.
b. Track actual expenditures, analyze cost variances, and propose corrective actions to stay within budget.
c. Stay informed about market price trends, provide accurate pricing suggestions, and support contract negotiations.
5. Teamwork & Reporting
a. Lead on-site construction and maintenance teams; provide technical guidance and enhance team efficiency.
b. Submit regular progress reports to clients or supervisors, covering quality, timelines, and costs.
c. Handle unexpected situations and propose emergency solutions to ensure smooth project progress.
