- Utilize social media management tools to plan, organize, and track content performance.
- Brief graphic team regarding multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and articles, to enhance audience engagement.
Real-Time Content Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor real-time content trends, industry news, and competitor activities on social media.
- Analyse data and insights from social media analytics tools to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Adjust content strategies dynamically based on real-time feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on content performance and recommend actionable improvements.
Platform Updates and Campaign Announcements:
- Create, manage, and disseminate content related to platform updates, including system maintenance, new feature announcements, price updates, price alerts, event calendars, proof of reserve and promote campaign through out multiple customer profiles.
- Coordinate with technical and customer service teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information shared with users.
- Develop communication plans to effectively inform users about significant updates and changes.

- Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to improve rankings and reach.
