Efficiently analyze and manage data in Excel:
- Create and manage Excel dashboards to track the success rate of each step in the process (funnel), using Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formula calculations.
- Summarize data to provide a clear overview of operations, especially the Completion Rate of each step.
- Verify data accuracy and precision, and prepare reports and data summaries for team decision-making.
Verify the accuracy of work receipt and delivery among stakeholders:
- Check and confirm the accuracy of data received from teams or departments to ensure the data used in the dashboard is correct.
- Quickly resolve any issues or errors found in data reception.
Coordinate and track work delivery results:
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure required data is delivered on time.
- Monitor work progress and the success of data management as specified.
- Assist in making decisions and providing solutions when work problems or delays occur that may affect the project timeline, to ensure timely completion.
