
Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries.
Maintain and manage the company’s fixed assets register, including calculation and recording of depreciation in accordance with accounting standards.
Prepare and submit statutory tax reports, including Withholding Tax (PND 3, 53, 54) and Value Added Tax (VAT) reports (PP 30, PP 36), ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and profit & loss statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting-related issues and provide financial insights that support business decision-making.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external auditors, revenue department officers, and other regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare necessary documentation and support for tax filing, audits, and financial reporting.
Perform other tasks or special projects as assigned by management.
