Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax-related transactions, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance for both local and overseas transactions.
Handle the General Ledger including accruals, prepaid items, adjustments, and other related items.
Manage the disposal of scrap lenses, molds, and assets in line with company policy.
Ensure all accounting transactions are in accordance with tax regulations and company policies.
Monitor and control prepaid and accrual expenses to ensure proper accounting treatment.
Perform reconciliation of all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts, including prepaid and accrual accounts.
Update and manage weekly cash flow reports, as well as provide monthly cash flow forecasts.
Reconcile and confirm intercompany transactions with headquarters at each month-end.
Analyze and report on variances in expenses on a monthly basis.
Create and manage lease assets records, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Issue manual receipts to customers and debit notes for intercompany transactions.
Handle provision calculations for spare parts and materials, ensuring accurate accounting treatment.
Provide support to the Chief Accountant for month-end, year-end closing, physical counts, and annual audits.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax officers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the superior.
