Responsibilities

• Lead and manage module development projects to ensure alignment with project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and production to gather requirements and define module specifications.

• Coordinate effectively between internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

• Identify risks and develop effective strategies for mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor and control project budgets, track progress, and report status updates to senior management.

• Drive continuous process improvement, promote collaboration, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Foster team growth by supporting individual development, knowledge sharing, and professional advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher major Electonic, Electrical, Control, Automation or any fields.
• Experiences as over 5 - 7 years in manufacturing home appliances, Electronic, Automation.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management within product development, preferably in the HVAC or electrical appliance industry.

• Solid understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and analysis tools such as FMEA or DRBFM.

• Basic knowledge of air-conditioning unit design, including refrigerant cycles and chassis structures.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage project teams effectively.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in working with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with modular design concepts that optimize DTC (Design to Cost) by balancing raw material usage and manufacturing efficiency.

• Background or interest in HVAC systems and their applications is highly desirable.
• Good communicate English or Japanese is plus
