Basic Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients in the B2B and Government sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including understanding their business needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and customized solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as pre-sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activities, sales pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and generate leads.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions and their implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English being a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Basecamp.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving skills, and a strong team player.
