Sourcing/Purchasing Officer

1.Source new vendors both domestically and internationally.

2.Negotiate purchase orders, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery to satisfy customer needs.

3.Collaborate with internal departments to determine product and service requirements.

4.Evaluate and select qualified vendors based on the company's established quality standards.

5.Perform other assigned duties as required by supervisors.

• Male/Female, age 25 years and above
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Have experience and knowledge in procurement principles for at least 2 years.
• Have negotiation skills and coordination with suppliers.
• Able to communicate fluently in English
• Able to travel to source raw materials or abroad or participate in trade exhibitions abroad.
• A strong background in assessing buyers according to food safety standards is preferred.
• Able to use Express accounting program, ERP
• Have skills in using MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, PPT)
