Solutions Sales Consultant (Contract job)

• Understanding customer needs: Working with customers to identify their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Negotiating contracts: Negotiating contracts with customers.
• Closing deals: Closing deals with customers.
• Delivering sales presentations: Delivering sales presentations and proposals to customers.
• Developing budgets: Developing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Setting sales plans: Setting strategic sales plans and managing budgets to increase sales.

In general :

• Reach out to customers to introduce the company’s products and solutions.
• Provide detailed proposals and quotations to customers.
• Present products and solutions effectively to address customer needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust.
• Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team, vendors, and business partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Work alongside the service delivery team to ensure after-sales support and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with the administration team to complete all necessary documents and contracts related to the project.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the technology industry.
• Experience in IT project sales or System Integration (SI) is a plus.
• Experience in Government clients will be highly considered.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and diligent.
