Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including dining area, kitchen, and service areas
Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
Implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and minimize wastage
Respond to customers' and other 3rd parties inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend strategies and Maintain consistent food quality and presentation following the company's standards
Implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation
Recruit, train, and onboard restaurant staff, including chefs, service, and others and Monitor labor by analyzing store reports, labor costs, and labor productivity
Set up and review SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for each subsidiary to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative

Requirements

Qualifications

Thai Nationality with the background in Food & Beverage or restaurant management at least 5 years
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of 75+ employees
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) and Able to travel and work in different branches (Bangkok and other cities)
