Requirements• Undergraduate degree required with strong academic record
• Post graduate degree preferred with strong academic record
• 15+ years in relevant Human Resources Roles
• Experience from Western business culture type multi-nationals preferred
• Experience working cross culturally in fast paced results driven organization
• Experience in developing strong “people first” culture, values and touch points
• Experience in multi-site and retail business preferred
• Desire to be hands on with detail combined with strategic vision
• Proven ability to develop policies, systems and tools for people functions that support and build culture
• Experience in developing, rolling out and nurturing company culture
• Proven ability to grow and develop future leaders within function and outside of function
• Proven ability to assemble long term people development strategies
• Naturally inquisitive nature
• True business partner mind-set and team player
• Open to coaching to all levels in the organization (including coaching CEO and peers)
• Excellent communication skills and rapport with all levels of the organization
