• Bachelor in Automotive, Mechanical or Industrial engineering field or comparable.
• Over 3 years’ experience in Automotive Manufacturing process. Process/Product in automotive field. Familiar with Quality system such as VDA, ISO/TS 16949, ISO9001, and automotive technique (APQP, PPA, FMEA, MSA, 8D problem solving) Diplomatic and Negotiation skill.
• Strong interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skill, supervision skill, analysis skill, strong appearance, open minded, teamwork.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to communicate in Thai fluently (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
