
• Bachelor’s with specialization in Strategy/Marketing/International Management and/or Engineering degree with comparable strategy and markets expertise
• Ability to identify and analyze growth opportunities in the industrial space
• Some experience in operational roles preferred to have understanding of ground level issues
• Ability to communicate effectively (spoken and written) in Thai and English is essential
• Good analytical skills as well as hands-on-approach
• Ability to work in multiple stakeholder environments (with limited reporting relationship recourse) and drive alignment/consensus on challenging topics
• Ability to work in an amorphous environment and set up operating systems/processes
• Very good MS Office capabilities
