
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent in related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience, Proven experience in Quality improvement, Supplier Development and process or systems Audits.
- Solid knowledge of GD&T, APQP, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of assembly and precision manufacturing processes such as machining.
- Experience with problem solving tools such as root cause analysis such as 8D’s.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing lean six sigma principles.
- Ability to initiate and lead improvement / change management plans with suppliers.
- Experience with product quality, documentation support and/or compliance to industry/customer standards/requirements.
- Strong project planning and management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, English written and spoken.
