
• Quote responsibilities; check amend, re-check on quotes, as requested; which include printing out quote sheets and attach where appropriate. Before Go-Ahead control pre-payment deadline
• Go-Ahead responsibilities; prepare Go-Ahead documents for operation team, attach the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes and other documents etc. Pre-Go Ahead itinerary screening. Where applicable, manage customer amendments e.g. flight details, adhoc items, re-pricing
• Responsibilities on offers; producing offers and sending to the clients, brief customers on final itinerary. For rejected offers, initiate SRQ process and revising offers to meet clients’ needs
• Manage itinerary changes
• Provide admin and documentation support to Sales team, in relation with market situation , destination/competitor analysis, agent profiling, existing account management etc.
• Receive and check Agent brochures
• Other support duties as and when assigned by manager
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, in travel or related industry is an advantage.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking and evaluation abilities
• Service-oriented with very positive working attitude
• Ability to prioritize work effectively, work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attentive to details and sensitive to figures.
• Organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Highly motivated and a good teamwork player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal in Thai and English
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of European destination is an advantage
