Create plan, set people and equipment for performing test/measure/inspect sample that are type of material, WIP or finished product to compare with Product performance specification and drawing.
Operate inspection and maintenance on lab equipment following established procedure and work instruction.
Set up calibration plan for lab equipment and conduct internal/external calibration.
Summarize and provide opinion on testing result and submit report to concerned people in plant and corporate.
Participate meeting for new product lunch and current product improvement.
Create/maintain and develop lab equipment.
Educate and develop skill metric of lab inspector
Control lab and calibration to compliance with ISO requirement (Monitoring and Measuring resource and measuring traceability.
Support QA Engineer to analyze problem and find out the root cause of problem.
Support to create document for Part Quality Approval.
Support activity in plant (ISO, 6S, Kaizen event, Lean, Six sigma etc)
Requirements
Male or Female, Thai nationality
Engineer (Mechanical, Industrial on related filed)
Knowledge to use and calibrate lab equipment
If there is experience to use CMM, Profile Projector and lab operation, it will be advantaged.
Able to use Microsoft Office program, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Good analysis and problem-solving skill
Good relationship and good communication and coordination skills
