They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and logical communicator to join their Regional HR Team as a Training and Performance Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Global organisation with Regional Headquarters here in Bangkok.

Responsibilities ;

Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors both internal and external parties.
Be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for 12 countries within the region that aligned.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of on boarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers
Collaborates with HR and departmental stakeholders to identify training needs, create training materials, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Works closely with managers and employees to establish performance goals, provide guidance on performance expectations, and facilitate the evaluation and feedback process.
Be responsible for performance analytics and reporting.
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any related studies, post-graduation in HR or/and Organizational Development is advantage.
Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or a related HR function.
knowledge of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Good PC applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia training tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication skills with common approach.
Excellent command in English
