They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and logical communicator to join their Regional HR Team as a Training and Performance Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Global organisation with Regional Headquarters here in Bangkok.
Responsibilities ;
- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors both internal and external parties.
- Be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for 12 countries within the region that aligned.
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of on boarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers
- Collaborates with HR and departmental stakeholders to identify training needs, create training materials, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Works closely with managers and employees to establish performance goals, provide guidance on performance expectations, and facilitate the evaluation and feedback process.
- Be responsible for performance analytics and reporting.
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
