• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience managing diverse HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational & People Development, Performance Management, HRIS, and Employee Relations
• At least 5 years in a managerial role with proven ability to handle complex HR situations
• Strong understanding of HR principles, organisational and people development
• Proven experience developing and optimising HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English business communication
• Computer literate, familiarity with data analysis tools is preferable
