Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a database of the company and company standard configurations to establish market size.
• Maintain and analyze customer data related to company fleet sizes, spare parts purchases
• Support Sales Managers in preparation of commercial proposals and business cases.
• Tracking Actual vs. Planned margin of the commercial offers (NCM files)
• Work with Sales Project Manager on parts pricing and optimizing external warehouse spare parts stock levels.
• Support in provision of data for customer portal
• Responsible for all reporting (COTD/DIFOTQ, ROFO, Budget, MTP)
• Prepare consolidated Management Reports and presentations: monthly / Quarterly / Yearly and ad hoc (3 legal entities: TH, US and NL)
• Review reporting packages provided by entities to ensure accurate Group reporting
• Prepare monthly journal entries for consolidation purpose
• Keep updating on IFRS to be able to identify any potential impact of new or revised accounting standards and their impacts on Company
• Ensure that financial information is delivered accurately and respecting the Company planning.
• Admin of the Financial Consolidation tool
• Follow the company procedures, work instructions, regulations and comply with environmental, health and safety requirements
• Report to Director BD and Sales (Expat)
