1. Daily Online Operations Management:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the online store(s) and website.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to product listings, stock availability, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT/ marketing/ Finance) to ensure timely product updates, pricing, and promotions.
2. Merchant and Onboard processing and transaction management.
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboard process, ensuring all transaction are processed accurately and promptly.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Provide regular reports ,sales trends, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
4. Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided through timely and effective communication.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to the online ordering process, including refunds, returns, and customer problems.
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication:
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure online promotions, campaigns, and special offers are executed smoothly.
- Support the digital marketing team with campaign execution, tracking, and analysis.
- Act as a liaison between operations, IT, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure operational goals are met.
6. Finance and reconciliation
- Provide regular reconciliation report to merchant for billing process.
