Job Summary:
This is a dual-role position that combines basic accounting duties with administrative and sales support. You will work closely with our finance and sales teams, handle invoice and cost collection, assist in offline events, and communicate with our accounting firm and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize cost invoices from online and offline sales
Assist with accounting and warehouse cost tracking
Coordinate with external accounting firms
Draft documents and contracts, and support internal communication
Provide admin support for offline exhibitions and sales events
Assist team with Microsoft Office tools
