Basic Requirements

Full Time

5 - 10 Year

Bangkok (Pathumwan)

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

50,000 - 100,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for logistics services including air & sea freight, domestic transport, warehousing, and cross-border logistics
Lead and coach the sales team to achieve business targets and KPIs
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across various industries
Maintain strong relationships with clients, logistics partners, and service providers
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular pipeline updates for management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
Strong knowledge of freight forwarder, customs clearance, and transport
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Good command of English
A strong professional network in the logistics industry is a plus
Candidates with experience in setting up sales teams, or new business will be given special consideration
