Work and support Japanese Sales General manager (Speak English)

1. Job role

- Sales Operation Coordinator

2. Job Description

- Sales result reporting.

- Implementation of price adjustments for customers and system input.

- Verification of order forecast quantities with customers.

- Accounts receivable management support.

- Execution of payment procedures.

- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

3. Required Skills

- Excel skills (Preferred advanced skill), Word & PPT (intermediate skills), SAP

Requirements

Male or Female.
Bachelor's degree in accounting Filed or so
Working experience as a document operator
Advanced computer Excel skill is preffered.(Minimum intermediates excel skill (Sum ifs, Vlookup, etc), SAP and etc.)
Performs tasks diligently and makes few mistake
Proficient in English communication, including speaking, listening, and writing
TOEIC score 500 or above is preferred
