Overseas Procurement Manager (Southeast Asia Region)

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics or related fields is preferred.

- More than 5 years of experience in international procurement or cross-border logistics; those with Southeast Asian supply chain resources are preferred.

- Familiar with the trade environment and laws and regulations of the Southeast Asian market (such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.).

- Excellent business negotiation skills (proficiency in English or Southeast Asian local languages).

- Familiar with ERP systems and data analysis tools (such as Excel, Power BI).

- Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to frequent business trips or short-term on-site assignments.

Nice to have:

- Procurement background in the manufacturing industry (electronics, apparel, FMCG, etc.).

- Understanding of regional trade agreements such as RCEP.
