Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, including social recruitment and campus recruitment activities to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly quota.
2. Responsible for compensation and benefits management, including but not limited to policy-making and salary calculation.
3. Responsible for employee relationship management, and create a good team atmosphere.
4. Responsible for Payroll, Social security report, Personal income Tax, Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
5. Responsible for work permit process.
6. Responsible for employees reimbursement review and familiar for reimbursement policy.
7. Manage Office expense and report update.
8. Create Team building event.
9. Other HR related work.
