The Retail Operation Training Manager is responsible for store execution excellence, driving retail standardization, SOP adoption, service quality, and frontline capability. This role ensures every store delivers a consistent, customer-centric experience that supports same-day sales, maintenance attachment, and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Standardization & SOP Ownership
- Own, govern, and continuously improve all retail SOPs covering: Service flow, Technical execution, Sales behaviors, Safety and compliance standards
- Lead SOP rollout, training execution, and field adoption across stores
- Champion digital SOP implementation and compliance tracking mechanisms
2. Store Audit & Retail Transformation
- Oversee store audit programs, mystery shopper initiatives, and compliance scoring
- Analyze execution gaps and translate findings into targeted training and coaching actions
- Lead retail transformation initiatives across both equity and franchise stores
3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Drive customer journey mapping and continuous in-store experience improvements
- Implement standardized service behaviors aligned with brand and customer expectations
- Develop and manage frontline recognition programs to reinforce service excellence
4. Capability Development & Learning Programs
- Lead and develop the Retail Training & Learning team
- Design and execute structured learning programs including Onboarding, Technical training, Sales and service capability development
- Establish upskilling and reskilling pathways for frontline and store leadership
- Ensure all learning journeys are practical, measurable, and store-ready, with clear impact on execution performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail operations experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role
- Experience in automotive, retail, or franchise business is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Fluent in Thai with strong proficiency in English
