Role Overview
As a Senior Marketing Technology Integration, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategies and technological solutions. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies, optimizing our marketing stack to enhance performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Integration:Lead the integration of marketing technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies
- Technology Management:Oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and customer data platforms, ensuring optimal performance and integration
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, IT, and sales teams to identify technology needs, implement solutions, and ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Vendor Management:Manage relationships with technology vendors, evaluating and selecting tools that enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic decision-making
- Compliance & Security:Ensure all marketing technologies comply with data privacy regulations and maintain high-security standards
Qualifications
- Educational Background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years in marketing technology integration, with a proven track record of managing complex technology projects and teams
- Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., CDP), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics , Tableau , PowerBi), and data integration techniques, javascript skills.
- Demonstrated experience with API integrations and scripting for system automation and data exchange.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, or SQL is highly desirable.
- Project Management:Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
