Instructor - Western Cuisine
Dusit Thani College- Teach hands-on Western cuisine courses: from recipe development, ingredient sourcing, and preparation to demonstration and practical sessions
- Monitor and assess student performance and learning outcomes
- Participate in academic activities including research, writing academic papers, and developing teaching materials
- Contribute to the preservation of Thai arts and culture and engage in continuous professional development
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in Western cuisine
- Experience working in Western restaurants or hotels
- Competency in restaurant operations and management
- Interest and potential in conducting research in relevant areas
- Prior teaching experience in Western cuisine is a plus
