Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for coffee machines across multiple channels (HORECA, retail, chain stores, etc.)
Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of strategies and customer acquisition
Identify, evaluate, and renegotiate with existing suppliers; source and onboard new suppliers as needed
Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product and pricing strategy
Collaborate with marketing, SCM, and product teams to ensure smooth operation and inventory optimization
Act as a business partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth
Occasionally join customer meetings and support field sales to capture real market insights
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in as service engineer for coffee machine or similar equipment preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
Very strong English proficiency
Chinese proficiency is an advantage
Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful category and brand strategies
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
