

Product Development and Portfolio Management (Level Manager-FAVP)
Bank of Ayudhya PLC (BAY)Purpose: Initiate new Product/Service/Process as well as enhance current product proposition and balance among all unsecured lending in order to achieve the business plan.
Initiate new product and process as well as manage among all product proposition to balance them in order to achieve the optimal financial results.
• Expand product line under consumer unsecured loan group to acquire new group of customers.
• Increase sales volume by launching new product and improving existing product and services.
• Manage the new product launch, new service and new feature enhancement at the initial stage until can transfer to responsible group (Which may have to responsible to develop as well)
• Develop System or Process to support Retaining program by increase customer satisfaction and create repeat purchase/ loyalty to existing customers from new product development and service improvement
• Manage overall product propostion under consumer unsecured lending in ever aspect (product/ service/ features/ pricing/ risk/ commission/ acquisition channel)
• Planning NPIs (New product initiatives) quarterly & annually roadmap and manage each NPIs project to ensure that all NPIs projects are deliver on time.
• Initiate new product under consumer unsecured loan group in term of product concept, product features, value proposition, business process and new operational process in order to launch the new product to acquire more customer and increase sales volume.
• Initiate new product/ services components to improve existing product and services in term of concept, operational workflow, product/ services details in order to increase sales volume and acquire new customers.
• Review existing operational process and initiate process improvement project in order to improve service and turn around time and increase customer satisfaction.
• Initiate, develop and manage activation program as well as usage program for smile cash line in order to increase customer spending and ensure that the business goal are delivered.
• Coordinate with related parties to prepare product program, P&L projection, pricing model, business requirement, functional specification and operational workflow in relation with the new initiated projects as well as coordinate with Secretary to Board of Director/ Committees and prepare documents related to new products/ services to present to Board of Director, Risk Committee, Pricing Committee and Operational Risk committee as appropriate.
• Develop new (as suitable) acquisition channel and/or ensure that current acquisition channel has full understanding on new product/ service and be able to be acquired new customer.
• Coresponsible with acquisition team on new product acquisition target
• Manage new product acquisition or new usage campaign and ensure that the P&L projection is met.
• Support and facilitate marketing team to create new marketing promotion campaign in term of system readiness, pricing and financial projection.
• Tracking and report the successness of each new product, service, marketing campaign, usage program and activation program.
• Master’s degrees or bachelor’s degree Major in any related fields
• Experience more than 5 year in consumer lending products and Banking Business.
• Strong knowledge in retail banking market in term of product & services, knowledgeable and understanding in business model, strength & weaknesses of both bank and non-bank institution, understanding in direct and in-direct competitor and its products.
