Roles & Responsibilities:
· Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
· Preparing and distributing agendas and meeting materials.
· Taking meeting minutes and summarizing a minute and ensure with attendees about understanding at the end of meeting.

Qualifications:
· More than 1 year in experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft excel
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously
