Domestic Cheque Operations officer
Bank of Ayudhya PLC (BAY)Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Complete the process of Cash Management Cheque within cut off time.
- Solve any problems related to outward clearing cheque.
- Operate outward cheque clearing including data entry, batch balancing, control cheque in custody etc.
- Verify cheque and prepare cash management cheque by batch for capturing.
- Capture cash management cheque and generate data to ICAS.
- Sort physical cheque receiving from nationwide branches on daily basis.
- Solve any unexpected situation related to outward cheque clearing.
- Operate outward cheque clearing process efficiency.
- Work as a team to complete daily task.
- Comply with regulation.
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration business , Financial , Economics, Accounting.
- Experience in Banking industry at least 3 years(welcome fresh graduate)
- Experience in cheque clearing at 1-2 years
- Knowledge about Cheque Clearing /Cheque for Bill Collection and collecting cheque through ICAS System.
- Knowledge and understand balancing on ICAS System
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel
