• Design tools and guidelines for applying corporate Core values to work practices. as well as monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing values in the organization.
• Execute fostering the company’s core competencies and culture development.
• Stay up to date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the organization's HR practices are up to date.
