• Communicate organizational information to employees.
• Verify work hours, attendance, and leave of all branches to prepare payroll information.
• Check leave records, maintain a database, and compile leave statistics
• Calculate salaries, benefits, and submit for approval by department heads/executives.
• Interact with government officials of social security fund, immigration office, employment office for any issues.
• Handle recruitment processes, interviews, and personnel selection in collaboration with department heads and executives
• Develop and compile employee Job Descriptions and present to management.
• Coordinate with factory and external units to manage/report documents and reports according to factory laws, including controlling the submission of reports as required by law.
• Handle new employee orientation.
• Manage employee health checks.
• Accept delegated tasks/follow-up on tasks from superiors.
