Responsibilities:
• Develop the tools and KPIs in order to support the team
• Analyzing consumer focus activities Plan vs achievement, find out gaps, trends and bring to notice of NSM and RMs
• Article wise analysis of each area pointing out the spots where attention is needed to correct the situation timely
• Segment wise focus and monitoring to strengthen the NSM and RM to formulate actions to get the desired results
• Support the management in developing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast
• Variance analysis of FC vs budget and actual Sales vs FC
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
• Work with forecasting by providing them with the necessary information and guidance for short and long-range forecast
• Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling
• Administration Send daily stock update and actual daily sale report to Sales team, create memo for customer group change, return tire via eSign, coordinate to register new dealer account, create rebate document for approval and other sales related document request for approval
• Use of Statistical tools to understand data and other information and present them in most effective manner for easy understanding and triggering actions
• Understand the requirement of NSM and sales team clearly and interact efficiently
• Sensitive to team expectations
