Responsibilities

1. บริหาร ควบคุม และผลักดันสมาชิกในทีมให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุเป้าหมาย

2. สร้างและขับเคลื่อนยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามหรือเกิน เป้าหมายและ KPI ที่บริษัทกำหนด

3. ขายโครงการ Cleanroom และผลิตภัณฑ์ process and packaging automation equipments ของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าเป้าหมายหลักในกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลและโรงงานอาหาร เคมีภัณฑ์

4. ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ และ รักษาฐานลูกค้าเดิมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

5. ทำความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์และโครงการอย่างลึกซึ้ง และ สามารถอธิบายรายละเอียดให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้

6. ทราบปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขลูกค้าได้อย่างเหมาะสม

7. สร้างความพึงพอใจและดูแลรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า

8. ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าตรงตามเวลา

Requirements

- อายุ 30 - 40 ปี

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์เครื่องกล วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ส่วนงานขายในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงงานหรือโรงพยาบาล อย่างน้อย 5-8 ปี

- มีประสบการณ์เป็นหัวหน้าทีมหรือเคยบริหารทีมงานจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและสามารถเดินทางพบลูกค้าได้

- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับทำงาน (พูด, อ่าน, เขียน)

- มีทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี สามารถนำเสนอ และสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

- มี Growth Mindset มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาตนเองและทีมงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขสถานการณ์

- มีประสบการณ์บริหาร ดูแลทีมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
