Job purpose
HR & Admin officer responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support to all staff and has adequate support to work efficiently. This role acting as the first line of contact to the employees in person, online, and via telephone.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews for BU Head.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, public board arrangement and information sharing.
- Announce New Staff and Staff Resignation.
- HR Privacy Policy; PDPA, NDA, Consent form, Audit, ISO.
- Resolve issues with the building and facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs.
- Support organizing all office special events e.g. Staff New Year Party, Staff Outing, Company campaign, etc.
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and provides for services including maid, parking, cleaning, catering and so on.
- Coordinate with office building for building access card, finger scan, car parking card, all building maintenances.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Participate and support ad-hoc projects relating to new process implementations or enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
