• Oversees the performance and efficiency levels of Sales team.
• To receive the order, control delivery and schedule adjustment for customer’s request.
• To prepare related documents for sales and follow up a delivery schedule with customers.
• Support Sales Team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, messages and answering customers queries.
• Developing and maintaining filling systems so as to maintain sales records.
• Inputting quotation, ensuring to processed according to customers.
• Document control and social media administrator.
• Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned by Sales Manager.
