• Lead and manage the entire project life-cycle, from first coordination with the partners, local government, consultant, contractors up to construction and operation.
• Developing and negotiating contracts for business development and managing contract requirements.
• Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on business development performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets and objectives.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial documents including proposal, contract, engineering drawing etc.
• Conduct and develop projects development plan in line with medium- and long-term strategic plan, outline projects and related requirements including produce feasibility studies and prepare financial model (IRR, NPV, Payback).
• Performing post investment reviews and analysis.
• Supporting other departments in performing analysis and helping with other company projects.
• Coordinate with EGAT, PEA, ERC that follow up regulation from government and oversee the documentation with all related permit & licenses
• Study new policy government for project development.
