- Follow up overdue payments (15–90 days) via phone, email, and messaging.
- Coordinate with Accounting and BPM teams to ensure accurate customer account information.
- Provide basic accounting advice to customers regarding collection matters.
- Prepare and verify invoice documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Negotiate payment terms and settlement arrangements to support debt recovery.
- Escalate overdue accounts and coordinate with the Legal team when needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in collection work
- Understanding of collection procedures.
- Basic accounting knowledge (especially A/R).
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (spoken & written).ช
