ความรับผิดชอบ
1. ช่วยวางแผนการจัดฝึกอบรมในรูปแบบ online และ off-line ติดตามการเรียนรู้และจัดทำแบบประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม
2. คิดค้นกิจกรรม เทคนิค วิธีการ และสื่อต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรม เพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดบรรยากาศที่ดีในการอบรม
3. จัดเตรียมข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรม พัฒนาสื่อการสอน เช่น คู่มือ, วิดีโอการสอน แบบฝึกหัด,แบบทดสอบ รวมถึงจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการทำกิจกรรม
4. รวบรวม Learning Engagement ของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม
คุณสมบัติ
1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยาหรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ ด้านการอบรมและพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในองค์กร ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปีขึ้นไป
3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน ที่ดี ทั้งภายนอกและภายในองค์กร
4. มีทักษะการสอนงาน การเป็นพี่เลี้ยง และการเป็นวิทยากร
5. มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ได้แก่ MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
6. มีทักษะในการตัดต่อวิดีโอ จัดท าสื่อการเรียนการสอน ทั้งรูปแบบเอกสารและวิดีโอ
7. มีทักษะการวางแผน และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
8. มีความรู้การใช้งานโดรนทางการเกษตร หรือ เทคโนโลยีทางการเกษตรจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
