
- Experienced in a Call Center or Customer Service position in Banking, Financial or Telecommunication
- Have knowledge in product and service provision
- Have a good command of English would be an advantage (TOEIC 550 scores), especially good command of verbal skill
- Excellent communication skills in all forms must be able to communicate complex matters in simple language.
- Good selling and advising skills, be able to look for opportunities to meet customers stated or implied needs through selling Bank’s other products & services.
- Effective Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills.
- Excellent Customers Servicing Skills able to understand questions & concerns & work to address their issues
