• Technical analysis and application design aligned with standard in IT Blueprint

• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
• Bachelor degree or higher in the field of Engineering, MIS, Computer Science,
Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, including all aspects of process
development life cycle (classic or agile methodology) and document life cycle management
• Knowledge of IT Architecture , IT Governance , Application, Digital Security, Data Management,
Quality Assurance, Vendor Management, Cloud Computing
• Technical background and experience in development
• Analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.
• Ability to consult management and engineering teams with technical advice
• Experience working in Project Management : Agile
