The team leverages on our massive dataset of customers to provide insights on strategies and tactical actions to take TMB forward in a digital journey to improve customer life and transform TMB toward data-driven organization.
- Work with business analysts of BUs/SUs to identify the business requirements and the expected deliverables
- Execute on BUs/SUs analytics problems and communicates results and methodologies.
- Employs appropriate algorithm to discover patterns (e.g. transactional data)
- Identifies what data is available and relevant, including internal and external data sources, leveraging new data collection processes such as smart meters and geo-location information or social media
- Partner with data stewards in continuous improvement processes impacting data quality
- Works with data engineers and MIS to support data collection, integration and management based on BUs’ input. Identify and analyze patterns in the volume of data supporting initiatives, types of data (e.g. text, clickstream, voices) and the speed or sudden variation in data collection
