To provide support in strategic process transformation for cross-functional units that will lead to cost reduction achievement in SME Banking.
Initiate End-to-End credit process to support new product campaign/ program and to serve new sale model.
To responsible for process management/ improvement of post-approval process (portfolio monitoring and NPL management). Also responsible for system development/ enhancement of end-to-end credit process life cycle, to ensure excellent customer experience and cost effectiveness.
Analysis data from various systems (i.e. Loan origination and CRM) to identify defects and areas for improvement in term of efficiency and productivity and be system owner of SME Loan origination; responsible system enhancement roadmap and budgeting.
To improve business processes and automation related to SME customers. Responsibility basically covers system enhancement covering pre and post origination to ensure excellent customer experience to SME customers and balance risk reward.
To be responsible as system champion to lead for change request of system enhancement to achieve SLA and make sure design fit to the purpose of the solutions. In addition, the person will be involved in developing process related post approval such as early warning, TDR, delinquency management.
Requirements
