- Drive sustainable business growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships
- Promote brand awareness and strengthen the IDA brand in the design and architecture industry
- Identify and pursue new project leads, sales prospects, and strategic partnerships
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to potential clients
- Support the development and execution of business development and marketing strategies
- Maintain and update project leads, proposal pipelines, and new business tracking documents
- Research target companies, market trends, and decision-makers across industries
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate closely with design teams to align client needs with our service offerings
- Assist the Business Development Manager with day-to-day tasks, meeting follow-ups, and administrative support
