About Our Group

Seagate’s Global Total Rewards team contributes to overall Seagate’s Total Rewards Strategy and Programs to attract, motivate and retain talented people to successfully meet our business goals and compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and policies.

About the Role - You Will:

Compensation & Benefits Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to design, develop, determine and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages/programs/policies. Periodically review to ensure competitiveness with market, alignment with business requirement and compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
Benefits and Wellbeing: Oversee the employee benefits and wellbeing programs, including but not limited to health insurance, health screening, retirement plans, benefits enrollment, recognition program.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and analyze data, prepare reports related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Policy and Compliance: Review and update policies regularly, support internal and external audit to ensure compliance with local Thai labor laws and related local/international standards.
Employee Support: Provide guidance and support regarding compensation and benefits inquiries. Coordinate and collaborate with the related stakeholders to drive and deliver a holistic wellbeing program.
Vendor Management: Explore and engage external vendors or service providers, cultivate relationships, and collaborate with them to support benefits programs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Requirements

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools
Good influencing skills
Good in English communication

Location:

Teparuk, Thailand (Work in Korat is a plus)
