Your experience includes:
- A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Management, Human Resource Development, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Data Science, or Information Systems, or any related field that supports training development and data analysis
- Foundational skills in computer applications for data summarization and analysis, such as Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query), Power BI, Tableau, or other, to support training program development and performance tracking
- Experience in developing training materials and digital learning content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, and interactive training tools
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers and Trainers, to ensure training documentation is practical, clear, and aligned with real-world operations
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches in training and development.
Location: Teparuk, Thailand
