Data Warehouse Developer (SQL & Python Programming Skills)
Seagate Technology (Thailand) Ltd.Join a fast growing and exciting global Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team to build, provide end to end enterprise data warehouse solution and promote the expansion of an enterprise analytics solution in Bigdata platform environment. Responsibilities include partnering with business, engineering, and IT teams to quickly understand requirements and develop innovative solutions in Agile fashion
- Responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex sets of data in data warehouse and intensive applications
- Work with stakeholders to understand the business problems and participate in the design of integrated solutions
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to deliver solutions to users
- Identify, investigate and troubleshooting on issues related to data and process
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work with stakeholders to deliver the solutions
- Strong software development skills, to translate user requirements into high quality working applications
- Good analytical mind in solving business problems, and a strong desire to understand both technical and business functions
- Good team player with the willingness to collaborate with development teams, system teams, and customers
- Self-starter who is motivated to take up new challenges.
- Excellent command of English and effective communicator in verbal, listening and written communication
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Working experience in Data Warehouse Developer, Data Warehouse Analyst
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development experienced
- Experienced in Python development
- Strong knowledge in data ingestion, ETL, star schema and data Modeling concept in Data Warehouse
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux environment
- Knowledge in object storage such as S3, Hadoop ecosystem, such as Spark and Airflow
- Good understanding of Agile Methodology and CI / CD software development practice
- Knowledge of AI / ML is a bonus
- Web API, BI tools is a preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
