Job Purpose
- Analyze customer and CRM data to transform it into actionable insights
- Propose new initiatives to enhance CRM projects
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for use
Job Description
- Verify data accuracy by coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure 100% reliable data
- Analyze customer and sales data using models such as RFM, Cohort Analysis, and Pareto (80/20), and adapt the analysis to fit the specific industry of each client
- Extract key findings from data to support accurate and strategic decision-making for management
- Recommend actionable strategies based on insights, such as CRM campaign designs or strategic adjustments
- Manage assigned tasks in a systematic and proactive manner to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Basic Formulas)
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a strong plus
- Able to professionally create and present slides using PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of CRM and customer analytics concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to extract and convey key messages clearly to teams and clients
